They will only treat patients whom they feel will truly benefit from the therapy. It is critical to make sure that expectations are where they should be. These treatments are not a magical cure at all; no such thing exists. We want you to be happy with what you receive and a critical part of our process is informed consent. With an informed consent, we tell you all about the good, the bad, and everything in between regarding the stem cell therapies. After you receive that document, please review it with your family, spouse, doctor, attorney, clergyman, or anyone else you see fit.

How are these stem cells manufactured?
Stemedica, obtains mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from human bone marrow. These cells are adept at maintaining and repairing tissue. Through a patented and proprietary process, Stemedica harvests the most viable cell colonies and manufactures them in a low-oxygen environment, ensuring the highest levels of quality and consistency. This process also produces cells that are able to migrate, engraft and provide more measurably effective results than other stem cells on the market.
Will this stem cell therapy cure me?
No. The goal of stem cell therapy is to empower the body to heal itself. Stem cells are the basic building blocks of life, the basic cells from which our bodies are made. They are formed at conception and specialized to become all of the different tissues of the body: muscles, nerves, organs, bones, blood and so on. In general terms, stem cells are progenitor cells that lead to the creation of new cells. Once administered, stem cells follow inflammatory signals from damaged tissues and have multiple ways of repairing these injured areas.
How long will it take to see results?
Because each condition and each patient is unique, there is no guarantee what results will be achieved or how quickly they may be observed. Most patients report positive results in as little as a couple of weeks to 1-3 months, but it can take as long as 6-9 months. We recommend physical therapy, healthy nutrition, and a commitment by friends and family to support the patient’s desire to improve. Please continue to work closely with your referring physicians for post-therapy care.
How many stem cell treatments will I need?
After your first intravenous delivery, MSCs will continue to proliferate and carry on their work of repairing tissue. Some patients choose to receive treatment more than once to expedite the healing process. That decision is yours. If you decide to repeat the treatment, a waiting period of 6 months is recommended.
